Operating in Central Texas since 1985, Champion Site Prep has been in business for over 40 years. In 2013, Champion Site Prep, Inc. changed leadership and became an Employee-Owned (ESOP) corporation – with a revived focus on Premium Customer Service, larger-scale projects, Safety with Speed, and an employee-focused culture.
We have since grown to over 230 employees, own over 300 pieces of heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers, have a new 18-acre office/shop/yard on IH35, and are regarded as the #1 choice for heavy earthwork and commercial sitework in the region.
Our goal is to diligently focus on the highest quality performance, unmatched safety culture, the fastest schedules, and industry-best service. Because we operate with professionalism, offer exceptional pricing and value, and strive for completely satisfied customers, we have a very long list of repeat-business customers -- which include the Premier General Contractors in Texas as well as the Largest Municipalities/Owners/Developers.
Our large fleet of the latest Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu Heavy Equipment adds state of the art GPS machine control on our job sites – giving us exceptional efficiency and accuracy – meaning your earthwork projects get done faster and with exact precision. Champion owns our own fleet of 18-wheel Peterbilt and Mack tractor-trailers for the best possible pricing on import/export hauling of materials. Our estimating team uses Agtek / CAD to produce bids with the highest degree of accuracy – helping to make our pricing among the most competitive.
We meet with our Managers and Superintendents weekly to discuss projects in detail, and we stress Customer Service and Owner Satisfaction first. We also emphasize courtesy, honesty, follow-through, and working with all site personnel—recognizing that we work for you.
